The Artificial Intelligence Acceptable Use Policy (Policy) applies to customer and partner (“Clients”) that use Cloud Inventory artificial intelligence services, products, applications, or functionality offered by DSI dba Cloud Inventory or its affiliates (“Cloud Inventory”), and any third-party product, application or functionality which interoperate on with artificial intelligence services offered by Cloud Inventory (“AI Services”).
A violation of this Policy will constitute a material breach of Customer or Partner’s master agreement with Cloud Inventory. In addition to other remedies available to Cloud Inventory in the master agreement and at law, Cloud Inventory may suspend access to, or terminate, the AI services in the event these terms are violated.
Clients and their users may not use AI Services:
Clients are responsible for determining whether their use of AI Services constitutes a high-risk AI system under applicable law and for meeting all associated legal obligations.
If Clients use AI Services to make decision involving people, they must evaluate the potential risks of their use case and ensure they have appropriate human oversight and control to mitigate the risk. Clients must ensure that impacted individuals are informed that AI was used in the decision-making process, where required by applicable law.
Clients and their end users are responsible for all decisions made and actions taken or not taken based on their use of AI Services. Client understands AI to be an emerging technology, and results may be mistaken, biased, or otherwise incorrect and that Cloud Inventory does not warrant any of its outputs or results. Notwithstanding any other terms of the master agreement, Cloud Inventory is not responsible for any errors or omissions, or the results obtained from the use of AI Services. AI Services outputs should be evaluated for accuracy and appropriateness for the Clients use case.
In situation where the risk of unfair bias in outputs is high, technical and/or organizational measures shall be included in the AI solution to identify and reduce bias.

Cloud Inventory may change this Policy by posting an updated version of the Policy to this web address. The updates will be effective upon posting.
If for any legal reason Cloud Inventory or Client prevents the legal or commercially reasonable use of AI Services, then Cloud Inventory may suspend or terminate said AI Services. AI Services may include third party technology or functionality. If said third party discontinues or stops supporting the required technology or functionality Cloud Inventory may suspend or terminate the AI Services.
